What You Can Expect from The Germ Patrol

·       The most current information that is available, both in class as well as on the handout material provided to each student

·     Each participant and director will receive a copy of the appropriate manual:

      ·     Ohio Department of Health Communicable Disease Manual & Chart (CD)

·        Child Abuse and Neglect Manual for Educators (Hardcopy)

·        Each participant and director will receive a CD with copies of all forms, rules and laws referenced in the course

·        Access to helpful resources posted on The Germ Patrol website, including Outlines, Class Handouts, Informative Links (by invitation only)

·        Understanding of the Ohio law pertinent to Communicable Disease transmission, Health & Safety Practices and Child Abuse

·        Understanding of Pediatric First Aid, including emergency management that meets State requirements (does not include CPR)
